George C. Sinko Memorial Scholarship Fund
The Atlanta Chapter endowed scholarship fund is named in honor of a long time member and leader of our Chapter, George C. Sinko. George served as an officer and member of our Board of Directors for many, many years before passing away in 1999 from complications following a heart attack.
Typically 5-7 awards of approximately $750 are given out annually. All Penn State students from the metro Atlanta area are eligible to receive this award. There is no application process. Our Board of Directors is given a list of all enrolled students and makes the awards based on merit.

Luann Rhoades Memorial Scholarship Fund
Luann's sorority, Alpha Gamma Delta, has established a scholarship fund to honor the memory of our dear friend, Luann Rhodes. The scholarship will be administered by Alpha Gamma Delta Foundation and, once it is fully endowed, will be available for any Alpha Gamma Delta sister attending Georgia Tech. Luann gave so generously of her time and resources to the women of the Georgia Tech Chapter. Please post this information or forward it to anyone who you think might be interested in remembering Luann with a gift towards this cause. Those who knew her well know she would appreciate being honored in this way.
