Atlanta Chapter - Policies

Refunds.

We don’t do them. This is a non-profit organization run by volunteers.  In the event, you can not attend an event or do not want the item you have purchased, the money goes to Penn State Atlanta’s operating costs & annual scholarship donation.

Cancellation.

If an event gets cancelled, this is the only way Penn State Atlanta refunds money.

Credit Cards.

We do not store credit card numbers on the Chapter’s site or in our systems.

Privacy.

Your personal information is collected on an individual basis. Personal information provided is only used for aggregated reporting for Penn State Atlanta, Diamonds Over Georgia, Big Ten Atlanta, & the Penn State Alumni Association.

Your information will never be rented, sold, or distributed by Chapter Leadership, registered users, visitors to our website, or to any outside third party.
