Paul will be joined by Lauren Packer Webster ’04 (she/her), Director of Athletics & Recreation at Franklin & Marshall College. Lauren will discuss her journey to becoming an athletic director, why Penn State is special to her, and much more in this hour-long virtual coffee and conversation.
In her first year at Franklin & Marshall College, Lauren Packer Webster is responsible for the management and development of 27 intercollegiate programs, club sports, intramurals, fitness programs and all athletic facilities.
Prior to Franklin & Marshall, Lauren was the associate director of athletics at Mercyhurst University where she directed all aspects of 22 NCAA Division II sports and administration of the Division I men's and women's ice hockey programs.
The Lakers saw unparalleled success under her leadership with seven straight top-50 finishes in the Learfield Directors' Cup, including back-to-back years in the top-20 and their highest rankings in the school's history.
